Individual mental health services isn’t just about talking with a person in our office, online, or over the phone. It’s about providing overall wellness to the individual’s sense of purpose, beliefs, and values.
Change doesn’t happen with just talk therapy; change occurs when the whole person is helped through healthy activities, healthy eating, healthy goal setting, and establishing healthy beliefs. Change can be made through techniques in cognitive behavioral therapy “CBT”, experiential and recreational therapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming “NLP”, or through Neurofeedback Training.
Mental Health Services are individualized to the person, making it possible for the biggest change to occur. Sessions take place in our office or your home.
