Free Brain Health & Wellness Newsletter

At Neurofeedback and Counseling of Utah, we believe in compassionate counseling, but what really sets us apart is how we combine therapy with brain-based neurofeedback to offer even more effective treatment than just talk therapy. Neurofeedback trains your brain to function more effectively.

Sign up for our free newsletter to learn more about your brain health, good healthy living, improving your mental health, and, because we work with so many children and teenagers, we’ll often include ways to help parents.

We usually send our newsletter several times a month. We will NEVER share your information with anyone. If you have a question about your brain, mental health or parenting challenges, ask us, and we’ll try to answer it in an upcoming newsletter! Email us at info@ntcutah.com. See an example of our newsletter here.
